If you use SiteScore to store personal information relating to your own clients or customers, you are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate legal basis for doing so and provide any required privacy information.
Where Social Quill processes personal information solely on your documented instructions as part of providing SiteScore, Social Quill may act as a data processor and you may act as the data controller. Additional contractual terms may apply through our Data Processing Agreement.
6. Audit information
When you run a SiteScore audit, we may store
- audited website URL;
- audit date and time;
- category scores;
- individual findings;
- evidence supporting findings;
- technical measurements;
- performance measurements;
- AI-generated summaries;
- page-level information;
- limited excerpts of visible webpage text.
SiteScore does not intentionally store complete copies of webpages it crawls.
SiteScore may store limited excerpts of visible webpage content to provide, maintain and operate audit functionality.
7. AI-powered features
Some SiteScore features use third-party artificial intelligence services.
AI processing is not necessarily performed for every audit.
Certain AI-powered writing features may send information to our AI provider, including:
- website URL;
- page title;
- page headings;
- limited page text;
- existing website content;
- audit findings;
- other information necessary to generate the requested output.
Certain AI writing requests may include limited excerpts of page text.
Content suggestion functionality may include limited excerpts of homepage text.
AI functionality is only invoked when required by the relevant feature or requested by the user.
SiteScore does not intentionally send complete copies of webpages to the AI provider.
We instruct AI systems not to invent website measurements, rankings, pages or other technical information.
AI-generated output may nevertheless contain errors and should be reviewed before publication or reliance.
8. Lead generation
Agency customers may use SiteScore to capture leads.
This may include
- name;
- email address;
- company;
- website;
- telephone number;
- source;
- lead status;
- notes;
- associated audit information.
Where an agency collects this information through its SiteScore account, the agency may be responsible for determining the purposes and lawful basis for collecting and using that information.
The agency is responsible for ensuring its lead-generation activities comply with applicable privacy and marketing laws.
9. Reports and public links
SiteScore allows users to generate reports and public report links.
Reports may contain
- website information;
- audit scores;
- audit findings;
- recommendations;
- client information;
- branding;
- other information selected by the account holder.
If a user chooses to make a report publicly accessible, information contained in that report may be accessible to anyone who obtains the public link.
10. Monitoring and notifications
If monitoring or scheduled reports are enabled, SiteScore may store:
- monitored website addresses;
- audit results;
- historical scores;
- detected changes;
- notification preferences;
- report schedules;
- notification records.
11. Referral information
SiteScore may provide referral functionality.

Paid SiteScore subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
Social Quill does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

- limited billing information.
14. Authentication, database and infrastructure
SiteScore uses Supabase for application infrastructure, authentication and database services.
Information stored in SiteScore may therefore be processed through Supabase infrastructure.
