Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not do when using SiteScore. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use SiteScore for, or to facilitate

• unlawful activity;
• fraud;
• phishing;
• malware;
• credential theft;
• attacks against websites;
• attacks against SiteScore infrastructure;
• server-side request forgery (SSRF) attempts;
• attempts to access internal systems;
• bypassing security controls;
• circumventing usage limits;
• abusing API endpoints;
• excessive automated requests;
• spam;
• unlawful collection of personal information;
• infringement of intellectual property;
• uploading malicious content;
• interference with third-party services.

3. Auditing websites

You must only audit websites where you have appropriate authority or a legitimate reason to perform the audit.

4. Lead generation and outreach

If you use branded audit pages, widgets or outreach tools, you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and marketing laws, including rules on unsolicited electronic marketing.

5. Enforcement

Social Quill may investigate suspected abuse and suspend accounts where necessary to protect the service or third parties.
